You can book you accommodation or tours through the Booking Form on our website or via email to and we will assign one exclusive travel counselor to process your reservation. Once the hotels/itinerary and the rates have been finalized, the counselor would send a detail itinerary, reservation details and the package inclusions, If you are satisfied with the details we will start to process the reservation and send you an Performa invoice listing the amount payable and confirmation of the accommodation or tour.


USD 300 will be nonrefundable, if you cancel 90 days or more before the trip starts, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel between 30-59 days in advance, you will receive a 40% refund. If you cancel between 15-29 days in advance, you will receive a 30% refund. If you cancel less than 15 days in advance there will be no refund. Please note: this cancellation policy also applies to trip cancellation (for you, individually or for the group as a whole) due to acts of God, or any unforeseen or unexpected events that are not within our control, the same cancellation conditions and deadlines will apply.


Child would be free of charge for one child who is under the age of 05 years old when accompanied by at least two full paying adults and share the same room with adults. Above 05 - 12 year old Child would get the 50% on tour cost and share the room with the two Adult. Above 12 – 17 year old child would get the 20% discount of tour cost and extra bed will provide to the child with sharing room with two adults.


Once you begin your tour, by default you accept these terms and conditions and please read carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations Your contract is with contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour/hotel booking/ or any other travel related services of your choice and we have received your booking request and deposits. All correspondences in respect of Tours/Travel Service bookings should be addressed to M/s.


To reserve a seat on our Kumbh Mela Main Tour or any other tour you must agree to these tour conditions and provide us with a deposit of 50% of the price per person to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount to be paid 15 days before of the commencement of the services. Management personnel’s hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
If you fail to pay any balance amount owed by the date it is due, we can assume you have cancelled the booking and the cancellation charges will apply
